From quote to confirmation
Send your request via WhatsApp or email. We check availability and provide a fixed price. Your booking is confirmed only after you accept the quote and receive our explicit confirmation. No deposit is required.
How to pay
Pay in cash or by card at the end of the service. Our on-board terminal accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Bank transfers must be made before the service. Invoices are available on request: please provide your billing details.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. For changes, later cancellations or delays, contact us so we can assess your request and explain the applicable conditions.
Who is behind the service?
The private chauffeur service is operated by Roberto Simone, in business since 2018 and based in San Pancrazio Salentino. We operate 7 days a week, by advance booking only, with Mercedes vehicles.
